Scab is a disease caused by the marsupial fungus Venturia inaequalis. This disease is widespread in temperate climates, especially in those areas where there is a damp and cold spring. In years favorable for the development of the fungus, it greatly reduces the quality and yield of apples, pears and some stone fruit. Trees die from it rarely, but their productivity suffers. Fruits become small, ugly, low in vitamins and nutrients, their taste and preservation deteriorate. Protection measures include preventive and curative measures. Prevention consists in the selection of resistant varieties, sparse planting, destruction of sources of infection. Therapeutic measures are usually in the use of fungicides.
The tests of Arcoil on fruit trees have demonstrated a high biological efficacy of the drug against such common diseases as scab and powdery mildew, and the incidence of various fruit rots and bacterioses is decreasing. The biological efficiency of Arksoil against these diseases averaged 60–95%. Such a high efficiency of a biological product is achieved through a complex effect combining fungicidal, growth-promoting and antidote properties. The plant's immunity and its ability to withstand adverse environmental factors is also increasing. A specially selected consortium of beneficial microorganisms is also a producer of polypeptide antibiotics acting against a wide range of diseases of pome and stone fruit plants.
It should be borne in mind that for the complete elimination of diseases immunizing and fungicidal activity of a biological product may not be enough. For a more complete guaranteed protection against pathogens, Arcoil’s tank mixtures with chemical fungicides in early spring and during the flowering period of fruit should be used. Treatments should also be carried out in the summer if there are outbreaks of morbidity in the area where our plants grow. At the same time, the rate of application of chemical fungicides must be reduced by half, which can significantly reduce the cost of treatment against diseases and reduce the pesticide load on the soil.

In the experiments performed, Arksoil also reduced potato infection with late blight (on average by 40-99%). Fungicidal activity of Arksoyla is noted at a disease prevalence rate of up to "70%", development up to "30%"
Method of application. Potato treatment with Arcoil is carried out during the growing season as well as presowing treatment of tubers. The greatest importance is the processing of potatoes by Arcoil on the growing season: two or three spraying in the budding phase (closing rows) and then with an interval of 15-20 days. The drug does not have an eradicating action against pathogens, but spraying with Arcoil allows effective immunization of plants against late blight (for this, Arcoil is used until visible signs of disease appear). Often, when treated with chemical fungicides after the end of the protective action period, the susceptibility of plants to late blight even increases as compared to untreated plants. Arksoil has a different protection scheme, thanks to immunization, the drug provides continuous stable protection.
The recommended application rate of Arxoil for immunization of potatoes against viral diseases is 60 ml / ha. In LPH for spraying potatoes use a solution concentration of 3 ml / 10 l of water, the flow rate of the solution is 3 l / weave.
Full realization of the drug's potential can be achieved if vegetative treatments are preceded by treatment of tubers with Arxoil solution before planting. The treatment of tubers with Arksoyl allows to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of tubers against scab and rhizoctoniosis, with half the dose of fungicidal disinfectants used. Germination increases, resistance to late blight, plants receive a powerful impetus to stimulate growth, starting from the earliest stages of development..

This effect is achieved due to the bacterium Bacillus subtilis, which is part of the preparation, which produces antibiotics. It is thanks to these properties that the Hay bacillus of the genus Bacillus is able to reduce the effects of various conditionally pathogenic, as well as pathogenic microorganisms.
However, for the complete eradication of pathogens of cereals, the immunizing and fungicidal activity of the drug may not be enough. For a more complete guaranteed protection against pathogens, Arcoil’s tank mixtures with chemical fungicides should be used during the growing season: in the tillering stage and entering the tube. At the same time, the rate of application of chemical fungicides must be reduced by 20-50% (depending on the degree of contamination), which can significantly reduce the cost of treatment against diseases and reduce the pesticide load on the soil.
